We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the items and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect address details provided at checkout or change of circumstances after ordering.
